Tà Lài Experience limits liability for any loss or damage, and clients are strongly encouraged to secure personal travel insurance.

3. Client Conduct and Environment

Clients must maintain the highest level of respect for the local indigenous culture, community members, and the natural environment of Cát Tiên National Park. We reserve the right to terminate services if a client’s behavior poses a threat to the safety or well-being of others.

4. Governing Law and Updates

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We reserve the right to update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
